Dental Insurance
SyllogisTeks pays the majority of the
cost of employees' dental insurance when covered under our medical plan.
Coverage is effective on first day of the month after 30 days of employment.

- Plan pays 90% for fillings.
- Plan pays 60% for crowns and inlays.
- Low monthly family premium for dependent coverage (optional).

Short-term Disability
SyllogisTeks pays the full cost of short-term disability for every
employee. Coverage begins on first day of employment.
Short-term disability will pay you 60% of your base earnings, up to $750
a week, for up to 90 days, after satisfying a waiting period.

Long-term Disability
SyllogisTeks pays the full cost of long-term disability for every
employee. Coverage begins on first day of employment.
This program will pay 60% of your basic monthly salary if disabled.
The employee has a 90-day waiting period. The benefit duration is
to age 65 as you continue to be disabled. The monthly maximum is

Life Insurance
SyllogisTeks provides $15,000 of basic term life insurance for every
employee on the first day of the month after 30 days of employment. We have
voluntary life insurance that can be purchased for yourself and your
family and an additional cost. Back to top
401(k) Plan - Employees can contribute up to the current
federal limit each year.
- SyllogisTeks will match 50% of the employee contributions--up to 6% of
salary.
- Employees are eligible to contribute the first of the month following
30 days of service.
- SyllogisTeks' match begins after three months of a service on a
quarterly basis.
- Employee decides which fund(s) to invest in.

- Investment options can easily be changed online or by phone 24 hours a
