Neal is the Director of Staffing for SyllogisTeks. He has had an extensive career in the Information Technology industry, beginning as a programmer for Mutual of Omaha in 1982. He joined Cap Gemini America as a Technical Recruiter, eventually becoming a Manager of Professional Staff. In 1992, he joined PKS Information Services, a Data Center Outsourcing company, as a Project Manager. While at PKS, Neal became the Director of Mainframe Systems, leading a team of IT professionals responsible for providing mainframe applications support to PKS outsourcing customers. In 1996, he was named onsite Senior Account Manager to the largest PKS outsourcing customer (BASF Corporation - $20M/yr) in Mt. Olive, NJ. In this capacity, he was responsible for creating and maintaining customer partnerships, monitoring service level agreements, and coordinating service improvement projects. In 1998, he was named Director, West Region, for PKS Systems Integration, LLC, in Phoenix, AZ. In 2000, Neal joined SyllogisTeks as the Director of Staffing. He is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the SyllogisTeks Staffing Team. Since 2003, Neal has spent his summers riding his bicycle across Iowa on RAGBRAI.

Troy is SyllogisTeks’ Technical Director. In this role, he helps oversee the Recruiting and Sales Operations along with training staff members. He has been in the staffing industry since 2008 and enjoys the challenge of bringing IT candidates and companies together. Troy holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Economics from Westminster University and also possesses an MBA from Webster University. In his free time he enjoys traveling with family, watching Cardinal baseball, working out and backyard barbecuing.

Doug is the Director of Sales for SyllogisTeks and brings with him over 20 years of IT experience. While he started as a mainframe developer, the majority of his career has been in a leadership role working with local companies such as Maritz, Express Scripts, and Enterprise. He holds a B.S in Business Administration from Missouri Valley College and enjoys playing soccer, fishing, and soaking up time with his wife and two kids.

Judy Battocletti an Information Technology recruiter with seventeen years of industry experience. Born in Graz, Austria and raised in South St. Louis, she had the opportunity to join the SyllogisTeks Team thirteen years ago. She values SyllogisTeks’ mission and thrives on helping individuals get to the next level in their career. She enjoys and has been successful at building relationships with talented IT Professionals and aligning their expertise with our clients’ staffing needs. Judy enjoys the rewarding feeling she gets when both our clients and candidates have formed a good match and she loves being a part of that success.

Jeff has over 8 years of technical recruiting experience. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Missouri- St. Louis. Jeff is passionate about technology and the benefits it provides for people and companies. He loves helping people find opportunities that they are excited about and will set them up for success in their careers. Jeff enjoys playing music, working out, cooking, camping, and spending time with his wife and 2 young daughters.

In addition to 10+ years in the staffing industry, Ryan brings a wealth of energy and positivity to every day. Ryan truly enjoys building strong relationships with his clients and consultants, and has a passion for helping others. Prior to his career in IT staffing, Ryan coached college, minor league, and high school baseball for 5 years. Ryan earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Lindenwood University. In his free time Ryan runs a youth baseball club, serves as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Westminster Christian Academy, and loves spending time with his family.

Alan is a Sr. Account Manager for Syllogisteks and brings with him over 20 years of IT staffing industry experience. Alan has a passion for building relationships with his clients and consultants. Alan received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from California State University of Sacramento. Outside of work Alan enjoys spending time with his family and he is a big football fan and cornhole player.

Zach has been in IT Staffing for over 10 years. He graduated in 2010 with a Degree in Economics/Finance and stumbled into an awesome career. He enjoys getting to know each individual candidate and helping them through their job search. His goal is to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible. Most of Zach’s free time is spent with his wife and three kids. They love going to the park, riding bikes, and swimming in the neighborhood pool. He enjoys all things sports, including Cardinal baseball, and you might find him reading an action/thriller novel in the evenings.

Marty has been in the IT staffing business since 2006. He truly enjoys working to help people with their career goals and managing the IT needs of the clients. Marty has a Bachelor’s degree from SIUE and loves family time, traveling and remaining teachable on a daily basis!

Kevin is a long time St Louis resident who has been in IT staffing for over a decade. He graduated with a degree in Economics and enjoys working with the uniqueness of each individual to help them find the career options to match their personal situation. Guided by “The Golden Rule”, he strives to engage empathetically and transparently with everyone. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, gardening and some nerdier things you probably don’t want to hear about. 😊

Sheldon is a Senior Engineering Account Manager with nearly two decades of experience in engineering-focused sales and client management. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for delivering dependable, high-quality talent solutions and for fostering long term partnerships rooted in trust and consistency. Sheldon is passionate about connecting clients with exceptional engineering professionals and serving as a reliable resource throughout every stage of their hiring needs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing creative interests, including architectural rendering and playing music.

Steve is a Senior Account Manager for SyllogisTeks. Steve began his career over 30 years ago as a PL/I and FORTRAN programmer at General Dynamics in Groton, CT on a Seawolf submarine construction project. In 2009, Steve moved into the IT Staffing industry and spent several years as an IT Recruiter before moving into Account Management. Steve received his Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri. He enjoys playing in adult baseball leagues and traveling with his family.

Brian Wilson has been in the technical staffing industry for over 10 years. He has extensive experience identifying and delivering top information technology professionals to meet the ever changing needs of his clients. He holds a B.A. with honors in Communications from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. In his free time Brian enjoys cooking, gaming, music and spending time with family.
